The process of building the website was really efficient. I didn’t want the website to exclude my wide range of clients. I wanted my older more business-oriented clients to be impressed and I also wanted the young creatives who follow me to think “This lawyer is creative too and she gets it”. The website we built together turned out to be right on point with the vision I was trying to create."
We began by analyzing years of client data to understand where the disconnect was between the offers on Nancy’s site and what her audience actually needed. We used that insight to build an offer ladder tailored to three client types—each with its own funnel strategy.
The goal was to move away from custom proposals and create a streamlined sales journey, where visitors could self-identify, explore the right offer, and feel confident moving forward. We built a website that sells on it's own—making calls about connection, not persuasion.
