THE BRIEF
Bold, Strategic, Evolved-but Still Recognizably Hers
When Nancy reached out, her site wasn’t working—technically or strategically. Her offers no longer fit the way she worked, and her site was difficult to update. She loved the core of her original design but wanted to expand and elevate it. Our goal was to build on that foundation—reinveting her offers for clarity and conversion, and refining the creative direction of SUBG.
We began by analyzing years of client data to understand where the disconnect was between the offers on Nancy’s site and what her audience actually needed. We used that insight to build an offer ladder tailored to three client types—each with its own funnel strategy.
The goal was to move away from custom proposals and create a streamlined sales journey, where visitors could self-identify, explore the right offer, and feel confident moving forward. We built a website that sells on it's own—making calls about connection, not persuasion.
